I just had a very bad experience with a window installer that went out of business and I called Window World in Kansas City to look at two windows that the out-of-business company said they would fix. In a few minutes, the Window World expert had resolved the issue that the one company could not and he explained to me what I needed to do to get the other window repaired. I am in earnest in saying that this is some of the highest ethical behavior I have seen in a vendor in a long time. If I ever am able to replace my windows again….it will DEFINITELY be with Window World.

Windows were delivered right on schedule and were even installed on a bad-weather day. The installers did a great job. They even cleaned up their trash and washed the installed windows.
