We chose Window World to replace 24 windows in our home. Our salesperson was detailed, very capable and honest. The installation crew truly worked as a team, and were augmented with another crew to complete the install in about 6 hours, even though many windows have 1 and 2 story elevations. With over 2 decades in our home and dealing with more than a dozen contractors of all stripes, we’ve had no better home improvement experience than working with Window World.

It was a great experience from the point of sale, to scheduling, to the day of installation (which was like watching NASCAR). They replaced all 8 windows in 1.5 hours. I followed up on the workmanship and the crew did excellent work. At arrival the project manager checked out all the window locations and then at the end went over the paperwork and use of windows. I work in sales in the landscape industry and I was really impressed. The entire process blew me away. I would definitely recommend Window World to family and friends!

Very high quality work. They went above and beyond expectations in replacing our old wood frame windows with vinyl replacements. They also fully wrapped the surrounding trim to give it a seamless look. We are very pleased and will have Window World return to replace our main floor windows as well.
